Released on February 25, 2017, the Yeezy Boost 350 V2 ‘Zebra’ combines a white/core black Primeknit upper with red SPLY 350 branding and a translucent white midsole housing full-length Boost. Sold exclusively at adidas.com, Yeezy Supply, and select adidas flagship stores, the ‘Zebra’ sold out instantly but was restocked on June 24th, 2017. Another restock of the ‘Zebra’ arrived November 16, 2018, with more pairs hitting the marketplace and delivering on Kanye’s promise of Yeezy’s being more accessible to anyone that wanted them.

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

  • Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed.
  • Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. International delivery usually takes about 10–15 business days. US orders are shipped by e-packet, which is a US Postal Service product. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 and 14 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.
  • Email customer service at support@sniiikerz.com and include your: 
    *Order number
    *Return or exchange request with a picture of the product
  • A tracking number and receipt of the returned package is required. It will help us track and process the return.
  • Take your refund/exchange when the package is received.
  1. Orders are able to be canceled and refunded before shipping.
  2. Returns & exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
  3. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact customer service. The return shipping address will be emailed to you. Items must be shipped back to that address.
  4. Items must be returned unused and undamages.
  5. All items priced $50 and under are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. No exceptions will be made.
  6. We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for returns. The returns will be made at your own cost.
  7. Shoes must be sent in box.
  8. Customer service may offer a cash coupon for your return. Please note, items purchased with coupons are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  9. Refunds will be reimbursed back to your original account -- credit card. Credit cards may take 5-7 business days to process.
  10. Gift Cards cannot be reloaded; used for payment outside of www.sniiikerz.com; used for unauthorized advertising, marketing, sweepstakes or other promotional purposes; redeemed for more than face value; transferred for value; redeemed for cash; or returned for a cash refund (except to the extent required by law).
